Ari Wahyudi Hertanto is a Partner at Indoyang & Partners. He received his law degree, both S.H. and M.H., from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia. He spent two years and eight months as a Legal Consultant of Soebagjo, Jatim and Djarot (SJD) (previously called – Soebagjo, Roosdiono, Jatim and Djarot). Thereafter, he worked as a Senior Lawyer at Bastaman & Partners for five years, as well as at IKS & Partners.

Ari specializes in corporate laws, investment, international trade, and immigraton, and is fluent in English and Indonesian. He currently teaches General Theory of State and Law, Commercial Contract Drafting, and Pancasila (Indonesian Ideology) at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia. In addition, He teaches Legal Opinion, Corporate Law, and Civil Law at other private Law Schools in Indonesia such as University of Trisakti, and University of Al-Azhar. He also teaches at Advocate Training Course (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat – PKPA) under supervision of Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia (Indonesian Advocates Association) held by Faculty of Law University of Indonesia, Faculty of Law University of Trisakti, Faculty of Law University of Lampung, Faculty of Law University of Tanjungpura, Pontianak, FHP Law Education, FFP Law Education, O.C. Kaligis, and so on.
